Fred Levinsky and Jerry Soukup formed
the Perry Hall Recreation Council in 1955.
Shortly thereafter, the Council became affiliated with Baltimore County
Recreation and Parks. The Council meets
at 8 PM on the first Monday of each month from September through June at the
Perry Hall Elementary School.
The Council provides over 40 different
sports and leisure activities to over 7,000 participants annually. Most activities are coordinated and run by
volunteers. Some activities require
professional instruction.
