Cancellation Policy
Inclement weather - if schools are closed due to inclement weather, all activities for that evening are cancelled. On weekends, the determination will be made by the Recreation Council, please contact the chairperson or coach for more information.
School Activities - many times during the school year, the school administration will notify us that certain recreation council activities are cancelled. We will distribute this information as soon as we receive it. School activities receive priority over all other functions.
